Join a welcoming community during this in-person training retreat, Oct. 21-22, 2022 in Berkley, Massachusetts, to learn and experience a powerful approach with the ARCH framework of facilitation – changing lives through story and horses.

12 hours mental health CEU’s available.

This training retreat qualifies for the hands-on requirement for certification with the ARCH Professional Designation.

Pre-requisites:

• ARCH membership
• Completion of the online ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones (available as part of your membership when you log in under Courses)
• Recommended: completion of the online SEEN through Horses: The HERD Keystones (available as part of your membership under Courses)

About the Retreat:

The in-person ARCH Training Retreat provides hands-on practice and application of the ARCH framework of facilitation learned in the online course, applied in an environment with horses.

This training retreat is for the following professionals:

• Equine professionals
• Coaches
• Educators
• Mental Health professionals
• Organizational Development professionals

Provided in a relaxing environment, the retreat is a hands-on time to connect with colleagues, learning with one another and developing ourselves professionally and personally.

Fees:

• First-time participant: $975
• Returning participant: $550
• Discounts for annual (10% off) and organization (20% off) members

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel attendance at the retreat, full refunds are provided up to 2 weeks prior. After that, there is a cancellation fee of $150. This fee can be waived if you wish to apply your payment to another ARCH event, or if cancellation is due to illness or other concerns related to Covid.

Certification:

You will receive a certificate of completion indicating hands-on training in SEEN through Horses. This training retreat qualifies as one of the pre-requisite options for practicing professionals to apply to be certified with the ARCH Professional Designation.
