Join a welcoming community during this in-person training retreat, Saturday, April 22 – Sunday, April 23, 2023 in Napa, California, to learn and experience a powerful approach with the ARCH framework of facilitation – changing lives through story and horses.
12 hours mental health CEU’s available.
Certification: This training retreat qualifies for the hands-on requirement for the certification application with the ARCH Professional Designation.
Pre-requisites:
- ARCH membership
- Completion of the online ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones (available as part of your membership when you log in under Courses)
- Recommended: completion of the online SEEN through Horses: The HERD Keystones (available as part of your membership under Courses)
About the Retreat: The in-person training retreat provides hands-on practice and application of the ARCH framework of facilitation learned in the online course, applied in an environment with horses. Provided in a relaxing environment, the retreat is a hands-on time to connect with colleagues, learning with one another and developing ourselves professionally and personally.
Fees:
- First-time participant: $750
- Returning participant: $550
- 20% discount for annual and organization members – log in and discount is automatically applied
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel attendance at the retreat, full refunds are provided up to 2 weeks prior. After that, there is a cancellation fee of $150. This fee can be waived if you wish to apply your payment to another ARCH event, or if cancellation is due to illness or other concerns related to Covid.
