The in-person ARCH Training Retreat provides hands-on practice and application of the ARCH framework of facilitation learned in the online course, applied in an environment with horses.Â
This training retreat is for the following professionals:
Provided in a relaxing environment, the retreat is a hands-on time to connect with colleagues, learning with one another and developing ourselves professionally and personally. We look forward to spending this time together!Â
Agenda
Day 1 and 2, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, is spent practicing the SEEN Keystones, learned in the online ARCH Foundation Course, in an environment with horses. Be sure to take the ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones online course prior to attending, which is available in your ARCH membership platform on the website (available in English and Spanish).Â
Day 3, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm is a specialty day! This training retreat’s specialized focus is on the HERD Keystones – namely how we are focusing on the horses in our sessions and ways to work with them, consider their welfare and truly elevate them as the most amazing story-editors that they can be, changing the lives of our clients.
Options
Sign up for the full 3-day experience, or if you have attended the ARCH retreat at a prior time, you can attend the specialized focus day 3 only as a one-day experience.
If you need to cancel attendance at the retreat, full refunds are provided up to 2 weeks prior, After that, there is a cancellation fee of $150. This fee can be waived if you wish to apply your payment to another retreat, or if cancellation is due to illness or other concerns related to covid. Â
You will receive a certificate of completion indicating hands-on training in SEEN through Horses. This training retreat also qualifies as one of the pre-requisite options for practicing professionals to apply to be certified with the ARCH Professional Designation (application is located under Courses in the members area).Â

9:00 am – 4:30 pm each day. Lunches, coffee, tea and breakfast snacks are provided.

This training will introduce you to what is and why a "facilitation framework" and will get things rolling ushering in the SEEN keystones of the ARCH framework. This course sets the foundation for all the learning in ARCH. If you are interested in earning an ARCH professional designation, this course is a prerequisite.Â
