ARCH Certification is designed for trained professionals actively in practice.
While ARCH membership is open to anyone interested in learning and earning certificates of completion, one key prerequisite for ARCH Certification is being a qualified, trained professional with a current practice in one of the following areas of specialization:
- Coaching
- Education
- Equine
- Mental Health
- Organizational Development
ARCH Certification is available for both individual professionals and organizations (exclusively for ARCH organizational members).
Your Learning Pathway to ARCH Certification:

Join as an individual or organizational ARCH member to gain access to the self-guided online courses identified below.

Complete the online ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones (provides 9 continuing education hours for mental health professionals).

Complete the online course: Healing Culture through a Trauma-Informed Lens.

Take the live 2-day, interactive online SEEN through Story Workshop ($425 USD).

Complete the online SEEN through Horses course series.

Attend an in-person training experience, such as the ARCH SEEN through Horses Workshop or ARCH Gathering. Other qualified experiences may apply.

Specify your education, experience, and qualifications as a professional in coaching, education, equine, mental health, or organizational development.

Submit the ARCH Certification Application as an individual ($175 USD) or organization ($375 USD).
ARCH Certification is renewed annually. To maintain certification, professionals participate in the online community of practice for at least 3 hours per year and keep their ARCH membership active.

A key benefit of ARCH Certification is the opportunity to join the community of practice, where we learn together, contribute as thought leaders, and grow through collaborative practice.
Here’s how the community of practice works:
Each certified member or organization commits to being involved in at least 3 community of practice Zoom calls during the year, including facilitating at least one of the calls.
These hourly calls include:
- Sharing case experiences or topics for peer mentoring and discussion.
- Participating in virtual sessions to practice applying the SEEN keystones.
