Come gather with us for three enriching days of learning, inspiration, and hands-on practice.

The ARCH Annual Gathering is a unique opportunity to experience the power of the ARCH facilitation framework in action—alongside fellow professionals in mental health, coaching, education, and equine-assisted services. Whether you work with horses, animals, nature, or in virtual or office environments, this gathering offers a space to deepen your skills, refresh your energy, and grow in community.

This is not a conference of slides and lectures. At ARCH, we believe we are all learners and all teachers. Presenters share real experiences and then invite you into interactive practices that bring the concepts to life.

When we’re together in person, we get to feel the learning, build authentic relationships, and enjoy the inspiration and support that naturally arises when we’re being with one another—humans, horses, and nature alike.

Fee: $550 USD

Before You Join Us

To get the most from your experience, we recommend completing these online courses (included with your ARCH membership):

• The ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones
• SEEN Through Horses: The HERD Keystones Course

Certification & Cancellation

• All attendees receive a Certificate of Completion
• This event qualifies as a pre-requisite for ARCH Professional Certification
• Cancellations made 2+ weeks in advance receive a full refund
• After that, a $150 fee applies (waived if rescheduling due to illness or transferring to another event)
