Join us to gather with one another for learning, inspiration and practice.
The Arenas for Change (ARCH) annual gatherings provide a space to experientially practice the ideas and specializations of professionals applying ARCH facilitation in mental health, coaching, and education in environments with horses, animals, nature, or in the office and virtually.
There are not classroom “powerpoints” in the gatherings. Rather, presenters share their experiences and then provide an interactive practice for attendees. The concept of the gatherings is that when we are in person with one another, we get to personally experience what is being learned, and enjoy the personal and professional connection, inspiration, and support in being with one another.
In ARCH, we believe we are all learners and all teachers. We each bring skillsets and experiences that can enrich one another.
To learn the foundation of the ARCH framework of facilitation, join ARCH as a member and take the foundational courses. This is a great way to prepare for the Gathering, and start your ARCH facilitation story!
