Come be part of a warm and welcoming community for a two-day, in-person training workshop grounded in the ARCH story-based facilitation framework. Held in the peaceful setting of Forest Lake, Minnesota, this immersive experience offers the opportunity to engage, learn, and apply transformative skills—changing lives through story and horses.

About the Workshop
This interactive and collaborative training brings the ARCH online learning to life. Through hands-on application with horses, you’ll deepen your understanding of the ARCH framework while gaining personal insight and practical facilitation skills. It’s also a chance to connect with colleagues, refresh your perspective, and grow in a supportive, nature-based setting.

Time: Friday – Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm each day
Workshop Pre-Requisites:
- ARCH Membership
- Completion of the online ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones
- Completion of SEEN Through Horses: The HERD Keystones online course
(Courses are included with membership and available under “Courses” when you log in.)
Certification Pathway:
This workshop fulfills the hands-on requirement to apply for ARCH Certification in SEEN Through Horses.
Mental Health CE Hours
The SEEN Through Horses Workshop, course #6342, is approved by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program to be offered by Arenas for Change (ARCH) as an individual course. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE course approval period: June 20, 2025 – June 20, 2027. Social workers completing this course receive 12 clinical continuing education credits. Participants must attend the entire workshop and complete a course evaluation to be eligible for CE credit.
Fees
- First-time Participant: $750
- Returning Participant: $550
- 20% discount for Annual and Organization Members (applied automatically when logged in)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after that are subject to a $150 fee, which may be waived if:
- You transfer your payment to another ARCH event, or
- Your cancellation is due to illness or COVID-related concerns.
