ARCH Gathering Minnesota June 24-26, 2027

Join Us for the 2027 ARCH Annual Gathering

Three days of experiential learning, meaningful connection, and shared inspiration.

Join us in Forest Lake, Minnesota, for an opportunity to explore the art of facilitation, deepen your practice, and connect with professionals who share a passion for experiential learning and growth.

The ARCH Annual Gathering brings together mental health professionals, coaches, educators, equine professionals, and others who incorporate horses, animals, nature, and experiential approaches into their work.

Through hands-on experiences with horses, nature, and one another, we’ll explore the subtle nuances of facilitation, expand our perspectives, and discover new possibilities for ourselves and those we serve.

What Makes the ARCH Gathering Different?

More than a conference. A gathering of shared experiences, curiosity, and connection.

At ARCH, we believe we are all learners and all teachers.

The Gathering is an opportunity to come together, share experiences, explore ideas, and learn with one another. Rather than a traditional conference of lectures and presentations, learning comes to life through hands-on experiences, meaningful conversations, and the unique perspectives each person brings.

Together, we’ll explore the art of facilitation, notice the moments between the moments, and discover new possibilities through our experiences with horses, nature, and one another.

And along the way, there’s plenty of room for connection, laughter, reflection, and the inspiration that comes from simply Being With one another.

You’ll leave with:

• Fresh perspectives and practical insights to bring into your facilitation
• Meaningful connections with professionals who share your curiosity and passion
• Renewed inspiration for your personal and professional growth

Who Can Attend?

The ARCH Gathering welcomes mental health professionals, coaches, educators, equine and animal-assisted practitioners, organizational development professionals, and others interested in experiential and story-based facilitation.

Whether you’re new to ARCH or have been incorporating the framework into your work for years, you’ll find opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow alongside others.

ARCH members and non-members are welcome!

Our 2027 Gathering Theme

Exploring the ARCH Lens: What Are We Not Seeing?

What we notice shapes how we understand a story. But what might we be missing?

How do our experiences, assumptions, and perspectives influence what we see? What happens when we shift our focus, look beyond the familiar, or consider a different point of view?

This year’s theme invites us to explore the seen and unseen, discover new layers within familiar stories, and get curious about what else might be there.

Preparing for the Gathering

To help you get the most from your experience, we recommend completing these online courses before attending:

• The ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones
• SEEN Through Horses: The HERD Keystones Course

Both courses are included with an ARCH membership.

All attendees receive a Certificate of Completion.
