Join a welcoming community during this in-person training retreat, Saturday, April 20 – Sunday, April 21, 2024 in Fennville, Michigan, to learn and experience a powerful approach with the ARCH framework of facilitation – changing lives through story and horses.

Certification: This training retreat qualifies for the hands-on requirement for the certification application with the ARCH Professional Designation in SEEN through Horses.
Pre-requisites:
- ARCH membership
- Completion of the online ARCH Foundation Course: The SEEN Keystones (available as part of your membership when you log in under Courses)
- Completion of the online SEEN through Horses: The HERD Keystones (available as part of your membership under Courses)
About the Retreat: The in-person training retreat provides hands-on practice and application of the ARCH framework of facilitation learned in the online course, applied in an environment with horses. Provided in a relaxing environment, the training is a hands-on time to connect with colleagues, learning with one another and developing ourselves professionally and personally.
Fees:
- First-time participant: $750
- Returning participant: $550
- 20% discount for annual and organization members – log in and discount is automatically applied
Continuing Education: This workshop is approved for 12 mental health CE hours, course #4444, by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program as an individual course. Individual courses, not providers, are approved at the course level. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel attendance at the retreat, full refunds are provided up to 2 weeks prior. After that, there is a cancellation fee of $150. This fee can be waived if you wish to apply your payment to another ARCH event, or if cancellation is due to illness or other concerns related to Covid.
